KFC Go Cup

Today when I got out of work I was starving for something good and quick to eat. I would have gone to the nearest McDonalds but to me it was too far away. I work right next to a KFC so I went to the drive-thru and got myself some of the good fried chicken they have...

I got myself the 3 hot wings Go-Cup. Oh boy I was starved, I finished the whole thing before I got home. And I live 5 mins away from my job... Anyway. It was delicious. I highly recommend to those that want a good tasty heavy snack, because it was too light to be a meal, but too heavy to be a snack. My Go-Cup had 3 hot wings, and a bunch of potato wedges. It was very good.. Mmmm I'm hungry thinking about it

Walking Dead Game

Today, the Walking Dead game season 2 came out. It follows the story of Clementine, Christa, and Omid after the death of Lee in Savannah, Georgia.

Spoiler Alert!

I think Clementine is a badass of a little girl. She can defeat zombies, outrun thieves, murder dogs, and stick herself back up all on her own. I think Lee did well at training her to be on her own. She is by herself at a point in the game and she meets a new group. At first I didn't like them, almost leaving her to die. But some of the characters in the new group she's in are pretty nice. Unfortunately somebody will most likely die in the second episode. But we have to wait until the second episode release date to figure that out.

Yay Brian

On Sunday, the creators of Family Guy decided to bring back the beloved canine companion of young Stewie Griffin. Assuming from the episode the week before, audiences assumed that the mobster themed dog, Vinny would be staying around. They included him in the opening theme song, so people can only assume so much. But in this episode, Vinny helps Stewie steal a time machine control pad from a another Stewie Griffin from the past that came to a toy store. It's complicated to explain but Stewie managed to save Brian from getting hit from the car. He also explained to Brian that if he didn't he would die, and Brian is then eternally grateful for being saved. To me the saddest part of the episode is when the Griffin family went to the mall and Stewie sat on mall-Santa's lap to tell him what he wanted for Christmas. He told Santa he wanted his best friend back and started crying. I made me feel sad for the poor kid, it showed that evil little Stewie Griffin is a true kid with a heart. I liked that Brian came back. It was a ridiculous scheme to bring more viewers by killing him off but hey I am not a producer on the show.

Cocaine Cowboys 2

Today, I started watching this little documentary on the drugs rings of Cocaine in Oakland, California and in Miami. It was very interesting to me hearing the stories of drug dealers and what they did on the streets to survive and make their hustle.. What what most interesting to me what the Godmother, a woman by the name of Griselda Blanco. She was like the cocaine queen at a point in time. And quiet honestly, the way she was is very interesting. She was ruthless and did what she had to do to make her money, she took out her husbands and got her kids involved to keep the money going. She did what other independent dealers in Miami wanted to do. She was the ultimate big baller and honestly, though I am against the use of cocaine, she was a major badass. Her life story sounded so intense to me. She first killed someone at age eleven, she took out her ex-husband because he tried turning against her. Her story to me showed that women can hustle just as hard as men, and do better at it too. It blows my mind what this woman did to earn her bread. Though I am not finished watching this documentary, I'm looking forward to hearing more about her. Some say that she is still alive, while other news articles on the internet say that she was assassinated in 2012 in Colombia.

Mike and Molly

Recently, since the lack of new walking dead episodes I've been trying to find some new shows to watch. I looked into this new show on CBS called Mike and Molly. It has that really funny actress from the Heat with Sandra Bullock and the Hangover part 3. I think her name is Melissa McCarthy, such a funny woman.

The show reminds me of Kings of Queens, but a Chicago version. Its funny but it doesn't have me falling to my knees in laughter. I like the show so I will continue watching it. If I were to rate it on a scale of 1-10, I'd give it a 6.

RIP Nelson Mandela

I know I am late saying this but former President of South Africa, Nelson Mandela died on December 5th of this year. He was a truly inspirational person and fought for his people's freedom in South Africa. He fought the apartheid that was going on in South Africa, which is like the Jim Crow laws here in America. He went to jail for 27 years for treason for being against the apartheid. Upon his release in 1990,later on he was elected President. He was in office from 1994 to 1999.. He fought for what he believed in from the start. He was a good man in the eyes of many.

There's a lot of things people didn't know about Nelson Mandela, which was listed in a CNN news article and I found it very interesting

http://www.cnn.com/2013/12/06/world/africa/nelson-mandela-surprising-facts/

I found it very interesting that he wasn't removed from the U.S. Terror Watchlist until 2008.. And I liked how he had a cameo in a Spike Lee film as a civil rights teacher.

Mandela will truly be missed by many. Rest in Peace

Have you ever...?

Have you ever felt that you were going nowhere and that even your future plans doesn't seem like it will get you very far? Have you ever thought that your significant other was cheating? Have you ever thought what would be like if you never lived to see another day? Have you ever thought about what would it be like to be a parent or not be a parent if you currently are one? Have you ever just questioned why you are the way you are? Have you ever just question why are you here? Have you ever questioned why you are going through the pain of what is currently going on in your life? Have you ever just stand in the shower and cried your eyes out? Have you ever been embarrassed to talk about your problems because you're afraid you won't hear what you want to hear? Have you ever just looked at your peers and realize that you trust none of them?

I'm sitting here wondering why these things come to my mind, especially when I lay in the dark trying to sleep. I wonder why I go through the things I go through. I wonder why I trust no one, why I go through so much pain, why I am scared he's cheating, why, why why why why... I know I'm not the only one with these thoughts and feelings. Everything that has happened to me haunts me like a bad dream. Things that happened made me scared but I have to act like it doesn't effect me. I have to act strong when in reality I am weak. I do it so no one sees me as the person who gives up. I stay strong and go through what I go through because I was told it has to get worse before it gets better. But when things get better I get more scared because something always happens, it has to get worse again. I don't want to put on a mask anymore when it gets worse, but then again I can't show I'm weak. I remember when there was no drama for me then after a certain point its like everything became a test. A test I didn't study for the night before. I wing it all. All my issues I wing it, all my challenges I wing it. And in the end I'm doing it alone, I'm changing myself because no one will change for me. I can't change anyone else, they change themselves. I see why. I'm tired of being the doormat, I wanna be there equally with everyone else. I want him getting nervous and jealous instead of me being that way. I want people to look at me differently... Sorry if this is too personal. Idk where else I could vent right now.

RIP Brian Griffin

For those of you who missed the latest Family Guy episode, I am sad to inform you that Brian Griffin died. He was struck by a vehicle and did not survive. I honestly teared up when I watched the whole episode. I mainly cried because Stewie cried when Brian died. It is sad because not only was he Peter's best friend but he was also Stewie's. Although Brian did pass, the family decided it would be best to get a new dog. His name is Vinny, he's like a Soprano's character. He, hopefully, will be there for Stewie like how Brian was.

Many people were disappointed and mad that Seth MacFarlane and other producers decided to get rid of Brian Griffin.. But they are the experts and they do compete with shows like the Walking Dead for views every Sunday. So they needed something to get everyone's attention so they did so. Hopefully it won't be like another two and a half men. They got rid of Charlie, replaced him with Ashton Kutcher, and then the actor who plays Jake leaves also.So two and a half men basically became just two men... Please hope family guy won't be like this

Walking dead mid-season finale

*Spoiler Alert*

This episode made me have so many feels. Hershel died, sadly. I mean I knew he had to go soon but I didn't want him to go by being beheaded. I have no idea where Judith, the baby is. I hope she isn't dead, even though in the comic book she does die. The Governor dies, finally. He was just evil and he needed to go. He brought so much chaos to the main group. And you knew he just wanted to kill the group, he used the little girl as an excuse to take out the prison. You figure out the lie when the Governor shoots the little girl after she gets bitten by the walker. I didn't want Hershel to die yet. I wonder where the group will go now, considering the prison is messed up so no one can live in it. And wtf is up with the rats, who is seriously doing this stuff to the rats.

RIP PAUL WALKER

The forty year old Fast and the Furious actor died in a fiery car accident on November 30, 2013. He will be dearly missed and if they do continue the franchise he will be dearly missed. He was a good actor and a good father to his children. RIP Paul Walker

My Thanksgiving

This Thanksgiving holiday was fun for me. I enjoyed eating good food and spending time with all my family. Every Thanksgiving and Easter I go to my grandmother's house to eat and talk to my Dad's side of the family. After we eat we always either pull out the old photo albums or my dad and his brothers discuss things they used to do when they were little. Which is good and it makes me realize they lived the definition of YOLO. They did things like mooning people, fight, jump off cliffs into the water, surf, and constantly go on adventures. It makes me realize how Americanized I am. I can't do the things my dad and mom did because they lived in another country. They had fun and ran wild, I'd be look down upon by society if I acted like how my dad was. I mean I could try to do things like he did but the way the law is and where I am, it may not work that way

Am I a bad person

A friend of mine is the type of guy that has more than one woman to mess with. He says that one girl can't satisfy one man. He has a wifey, a girlfriend and then he has hoes.. I'm friends with one of his hoes, and she cannot get over him. Mainly because he took her virginity and he played her, but she doesn't realize this. Is it bad that I am not telling her the plain truth, and that I'm going along with his lies?

Carrie

I recently saw the remake of Stephen King's novel Carrie. Mind you, I never saw the first movie of Carrie so I don't really have anything to compare it to. But I did cheat and read a Wikipedia article on the book. And I do say I enjoy the movie, even though my date didn't like it so much. I liked it but I felt bad for Carrie for being bullied. I think the blonde girl did a good thing even though it was bad timing because that brunette girl ruined everything. What a weird way to end prom...

I find it crazy how the mother misread the bible into scaring her daughter. She was freakishly over religious. She said even though she was married she didn't lay with her husband but he raped her anyway. Causing Carrie to be conceived than born. I thought it was crazy that she almost killed Carrie.

Ghosts Hauntings

Today I heard a discussion on the radio about hauntings and ghost sighting. Apparently one of the radio hosts thinks his house is haunted. I personally am not sure if I ever lived in a haunted place before. But I know a few of my cousins, who lived on a military base has some stories about their experiences.

My younger cousin told me when she lived in a military base in Kansas that she always was afraid to walk out of her room in the morning for fear she might see something at the end of the hall. She told me one time when she was laying down on her bed doing her homework she thought she felt her bed canopy fall across her legs. She ignored it for a little bit but she said when she went to scratch her leg, that the canopy wasn't touching her legs. She also claims to have a video of her and her sister talking in her bedroom, and in the background you can see her laundry hamper be picked up from the floor and knocked over.

My older cousins who used to live on military bases when they were teenagers have some stories also. My cousin told me that one night she was sleeping then she woke up for no reason at all and couldn't move. She lay there silently staring at her ceiling and then all of the sudden she said somethings grabbed her by her ankles and pulled her to the foot of her bed. After reaching the foot of her bed she gained back the ability to move, and boy did she jump out of bed and scream her head off.

I have a few family members that have ghost stories about Panama, but that's another story.

Call me Chef

Recently I picked up an interest in cooking. I'm just experimenting with stuff around the house and making things to see what's good. I recently tried tried making fried chicken. Well I made two types of fried chicken, I fried one batch and baked the other to see how it would end up. I prefer the one batch I fried because I actually had the right ingredients and it tasted really good. The batch I baked was too sweet for me because I ran out of flour so I improvised with frosted flakes and saltine crackers. It still ended up good. It helps that I can watch these videos on YouTube that will show you how to cook certain things. For example, my sister loves Korean food so I looked up how to cook some Korean dishes, so sometime soon I am going to surprise her with Kim-chi and Korean fried chicken. I myself enjoy the Spanish food and my Dad, being the Caribbean person he is, loves his curry and Caribbean food. Learning how to cook all this is definitely fun, I am though scared to taste my own food. I'm afraid to taste it because I am too critical of myself. So my sister taste tests most of my food.

DC comics

Well since I wrote about Marvel Comics, I feel the need to make an input on DC comics. I prefer Marvel over DC, but I do like some DC characters. I've always liked Wonder Woman. I know every guy I've met is in love with Batman only because of the Dark Knight movie, to me you're all hopping on a bandwagon. The movies have only been remaking Batman and Superman for as long as I can remember. I want them to do a different comic book character, but please don't let it be like the Green Lantern... I couldn't stand watching it, no offense Ryan Reynolds. I've always like Teen Titans, the show and the comic book. My favorite character in Teen Titans is Raven, she's so cool to me, She's dark, mysterious, constantly battling with her evil side and good side. Her back story is cool to me. How she has to overcome her demon father and try to be a hero knowing she is half demon. Idk I like the idea of someone overcoming their evil ways to be good.

Marvel Comics

Recently I've been going through my trunk of old books and comics to find things to sell on the internet. I found a bunch of old comic books I used to have, they weren't in the greatest conditions but they were readable. But I found a first issue of Thor, it isn't that valuable because it was made in 2006. But I was so tempted to take it out of its clear slip and read it. I am a comic book nerd for a girl. I'm not super obsessed with comic books but I enjoy reading comics and watching the movies (which aren't so exact but whatever). My favorite marvel comic character is Wolverine, the animal like feature is sexy to me. The violence is a plus also. I do say, Hugh Jackman plays a nice wolverine. I also think the guy who plays Thor in the movies is very very attractive. Woo love comic book men lol

Roseanne Ending

*Spoiler Alert*

The final episode of Roseanne blew my mind. The final episode revealed more than I could handle. It turns out that her husband Dan, really did die from that heart attack, Darlene was actually with Mark and Becky is with David. Bev, Roseanne's mom is actually straight and her sister is actually the gay one. It really blew my mind, now when I watch the re-runs on tv, I can't look at the show the same way again.

I am in total shock. Roseanne never won the lottery in the show, and she made up whole story of Dan having an affair. The ending showed her coming out of the basement, her writing room, and walking through her actual house. It was a sad ending to the show but it showed how writing humorously helped Roseanne Connor cope with all the bad things in her life.

Avatar

I am getting into the show Avatar: The Legend of Korra. I am kind of interested, but I think the first Avatar was better. I like the whole Aang and his group of friends better than Korra and her friends. I mainly watch the show to find out what the hell happened to Zuko's mother. Where did she go? I know that Katara knows because she was about to say it in one of the episodes. I do like Aang and Katara's kids. There names and that 2/3 of them are benders, one water and one air.

I think its cool that Katara is alive in this show too. And how Korra has these visions on what happened in Aang's later years of life. I do think the new problems in the show legend of korra are weird. The problems are way more different that the fire nation taking control. Its like normal people vs all benders, then benders vs benders, now its spirits vs people and the water tribes are being stupid. But I will continue to watch this show.

I Love Lucy

Lucille Ball is my all time favorite actress. She is a comedic genius and was a flawless. She loved her family obviously. She to me would be the perfect woman. I loved her show I love lucy by desilu productions. Desi Arnez and Lucille Ball built there industry together and loved each other very much. I hear that he did cheat on her though but they tried working through it by making that show. I've always longed to have their on screen relationship, minus the housewife stuff. I loved how he sang to her and they pulled all sorts of pranks and schemes on each other just to prove something. I like that new song called Ricky Ricardo that came out. Lucille Ball is my role model with her relationship, although they did divorce, you could see that they still cared for each other. I wish they would have stayed together and continue to build their industry. Hmm just imagine that. Anyway I'm sick and hopped up on cough medicine so I felt like talking about my role model

Washington DC

I've only been to DC once in my entire life. And it was so historic, I loved it. The only reason DC comes to mind right now is because of the government shutdown. Because of the government shutdown no one is allowed to go in the area, like the mall (not shopping mall).

I remember going on vacation with my boyfriend up to DC for the first time. It was nice, regardless of all the construction going on in the area. I saw the Lincoln Memorial, it was so big and beautiful, it was better than I imagined.. For one I imagined it to be a monkey thanks to that planet of the apes remake. I saw so many statues of liberators it was very nice. I saw the Vietnam war memorial wall, I saw the World War 2 memorial. I saw the air and space museum too (boy was the food in there wayyyyy overpriced!). Seeing all these things were exciting, I went to the botanical garden and saw a whole bunch of plants I knew. I liked walking the nation's capital.

But it was an experience I enjoyed. I toured Capital Hill and went through the Library of Congress. Seeing that historic place made me proud to be an American.
Not to mention I got a good tan out of it too, woo was it hot when I went.

People change

Its scary knowing that someone can change so drastically. I remember when I started high school with all my middle school friends, thinking we will be together forever. I consider them my brothers and I still do, I miss them dearly. But a lot of things changed my relationship with them. Drugs, who I'm dating, who I've dated before, fights, who've they dated, other friends, etc. I barely talk to them now, the only person out of my group of middle school friends that I still talk to is... shoot just the person I'm dating now. And I know that the guy I'm dating now is still changing. In a way I'm changing also, I just don't see it fully. I'm scared of what more change will bring, I don't want to lose anymore people close to me. I already feel alone now, I have my boyfriend and a new group of friends. But they aren't the same. My boyfriend tells me to just move past them because obviously they've moved on past me and that hurts to hear. It hurts knowing the people you consider like brothers don't want anything to do with you. It hurts moving on from any sort of break up, because in a way I broke up with my old friends. I don't like feeling alone now. The new friends I have, I don't trust them and I don't want to get close to them (hidden backstory). They aren't even my friends, things they've done and for one they are my boyfriend's friends, they tolerate me. They don't love me like my friends before.. Hell I don't think my old friends even love me anymore. I'm sorry this is kinda personal, I have no diary that wasn't already invaded by my family. So I have this. No one here knows my name so I feel as though I can vent here.

Rain

I hate the rain, its so depressing to me. It always seems to rain when I'm sad or deep in thought. I love the sun, the heat and a cool summer breeze. I love wearing shorts, tank tops and sandal; not rain boots and a poncho.

The only time I do like rain is when it is a hurricane. I love hurricanes, I grew up watching the storm tracking and peeking through the shutter cracks of the window to see leaves and stuff flying. I remember when I was young and there was a category 4 hurricane that hit the place I was living. It lasted all day and went into the late of night. I remember I snuck out of my room and when the dining area window and peeked through. I saw stuff flying, cable wires moving like snakes, and I saw this weird blue orb flying around the house. I thought it was a spark from the cable/electricity wire, but you usually hear them crackling if sparks flew from it. I watched the light and it didn't exactly fall to the ground, it circled the house. I know because it flew out of my line of vision and came back from the other side. To me, I thought it was an angel. Mainly because before any hurricane my Dad would pray for angels to protect my house, and I feel as though as a child I saw an angel protecting me.

I still hate the rain, when it ruins plans or makes me feel even more sad but I will always love hurricanes and tropical storms.

Gravity

*SPOILER ALERT*

I just came back from watching Gravity. That was the most dizziest movie every. So much spinning it was making me sick, and lightheaded. As I am typing this, I feel like the room is spinning.

Even though I got crazily lightheaded I have to say I like the movie. Sorta. Sandra Bullock has the worst luck in the movie, it pissed me off how much bad luck she was having. The American satellite broke down, the Russian satellite broke down, the Chinese satellite pod almost drowned her. My gosh man, its like she's her own character on the George Lopez show again.

But really sitting here and thinking about the movie. There was part where she was in the Russian satellite and she took off the heavy suit and she lay floating in the pod area. She looked like a baby in the womb. And it got me thinking about how sensitive the human life is. How one thing can go wrong and cause chaos. And within the chaos you find out how determined you are to go through it until the end. In the movie she almost gave up, but she didn't and that showed how we can overcome the fear of dying or losing by trying. That and some vodka sounds lovely right now.

I do say though the spinning camera didn't sit well with me. On a scale of one to ten, I give it a 4. They need to make my head stop spinning.

Roseanne

No I am not rating the show Roseanne. Lately I've been really getting into the show for some reason. It is very funny to me. It slightly reminds me of my family, the ultimate sarcasm. Boy, don't I have that. The show is entertaining and I like it. Not to mention I think I look like Darlene from the show. I think it is funny also that the guy who plays David is Lenard on the Big Bang Theory. Kinda shows where he famous.

Kinda like how in Full House, the guy who plays DJ's boyfriend is actually the voice over actor of Disney's Aladdin. Interesting, huh?

Anyway I've been getting into plenty of other shows too. Like Modern Family. But I like the whole old school look and feel like Roseanne. Its entertaining and I sorta like the funny marriage that Roseanne has with Dan. It funny to me seeing that they are a couple that has fun with each other... Yes, I know they aren't really together and its scripted but I like that. Gives a girl an idea on what kind of marriage she wants in the future.

Wolverine

*NERD WARNING*
*SPOILER ALERT*

I am in love with Wolverine, ugh. And Hugh Jackman is the perfect Australian man to play my Canadian mutated hunk. I am a marvel fan, love marvel. I love all their movies, so action packed and awesome! Of course not all of it is exactly like the comic but hey it wasn't as bad as the Green Lantern movie that was made.

Anyway, I enjoyed this movie it was good. I love the action, I love the Japanese culture mix in. I enjoyed watching the flashback of Japan being nuked. I did actually see the ending coming, with the old guy in the suit. Kinda freaky though.

I couldn't make myself stop laughing when the blonde chick spit acid and had killer breath, literally. I thought of her being a teenager and someone handing her mentos after she would breath on someone and kill them.

I liked the little connection Logan had with the girl, Mariko. It was cute but I kinda wanted her to end up with that evil ninja guy. But oh well..

I personally like x-men origins:wolverine better. I mean it showed more of his background, why he got brain washed and such.

But anyway on a scale of 1-10, I give it a 7. Good action, enjoyed it very much

Oz the Great and Powerful

*SPOILER ALERT*...sorta

I personally think James Franco is a wonderful actor, very funny man,and can be very dramatic. I personally think all his comedies were on point. I am also a big wizard of oz fan, love Wicked, the original Wizard of Oz book and movie, and I loved The Wiz.

But I personally didn't like Oz the Great and Powerful so much. I mean it sorta made sense to the whole Wizard of Oz thing, on how the wizard got there and used holograms to trick a broken heart witch. But here's my question, if the good witch and all the other people of Oz knew he wasn't magical and it was machine, then why would they send Dorothy to him if they knew the truth. And the monkey, why wasn't he is Wizard of Oz movie? Hmm the only monkey I saw in a bellhop suit was working for the Wicked Witch of the West.

And why turn the hot Mila Kunis into the ugly green lady?

Like I said I love James Franco, but when he started singing in the movie I wanted to leave. I am sorry but I couldn't deal. It really made me want to laugh. I remember hearing somewhere that James Franco regretted making the movie Your Highness... That is my one of my favorite movies...

I say if you have a movie to regret it's this one... Your Highness was so funny to me, and yes I was sober when I was watching it.

Anyone if I were to rate this on a 1-10, I give this movie a 4

The Butler

*Spoiler Alert*

I am a sucker for stories that are based off true events, and true historic events. Lee Daniel's The Butler was an amazing movie. It was so moving to me,I enjoyed every moment watching it. People say not all the event in the movie were true. For one it was said to be loosely based off of the butler named Eugene Allen.

Cecil Gaines was a very good person, did what he was told and always followed the rules in a way. I loved how devoted he was to his work, of course that would take a toll in his family life. I love the people they chose to play the presidents in this film. The man who played Nixon was so close to Nixon. And Robin Williams, good actor. I love the cast they chose for the Gaines family. Oprah was moving and not to mention funny. The two sons were wonderful actors.

It showed what was going on through the whole civil rights movement. To me that is very interesting, seeing what hardships the African-American community had to endure to get the freedom we have today. I love the ending when Cecil came to the white house to meet President Barack Obama. I also liked the part where he realized that his son wasn't just being rebellious, he was just fighting for his right. A lot of people at the time probably didn't realize what the young kids were doing when they were riding the freedom bus, or protesting for Nelson Mandela's release in South Africa.

All in all, it was a great movie.

On a scale from 1-10 I give this an 8 and I highly recommend people to see.

At World's End

On a scale from 1-10, I give this movie a 7. It was very funny and I enjoyed it a lot. But like I said when rating insidious 2, I like more realistic movies. It was still a funny as hell movie. I enjoyed the drinking, the humor, the fights, the random alien takeover. All the works.

I enjoyed Shawn of Dead also, so of course I enjoy this movie. I feel like going to Britain, where my family resides, and drinking at some of the local pubs. But then again, I'm not much a beer drinker, I like the straight alcohol. Like Hennessy and Vodka. But anyway... Good movie, I recommend it to people looking to laugh.

Insidious 2

I recently saw Insidious 2 and I have to say on a scale of 1-10, I have to give it a 6. I felt as though there was more humor than horror in this film. And it was very unusual compared to the first movie. But it did explain some things in a way

*Spoiler Alert*
DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER IF YOU DON'T WANT PARTS OF THE FILM SPOILED!

The ghost that was haunting the family, I just ended up feeling bad for him in the long run. His mother was the she devil honestly. I felt as though the reason he killed so many women, besides his mother making him kill people, was because it was a way of revenge towards women. The whole bride in black thing was even weirder, his mother had him wrapped around her finger. I also felt as though it was strange that before he died he knew he was going to haunt Josh.

I would also like to say that I like other scary movies because they are more realistic. I don't like the whole other realm thing because to me it isn't as realistic as it sounds. And the outer body experiences while still being in the present house also threw me for a loop.

Also there was too much humor for me. When I want to be scared, I wanna be scared and not laugh after. Make me piss my pants like I almost did in the first movie.

And what about that ending... WTF was there? What did the ghost lady see behind the girl in the wheelchair? Is there going to be another installment of insidious, but with a Latino family??

My cravings

Lately I've been craving something sweet...actually something sour but then turns sweet.

I don't mean like those lame sour punch straws. I mean something that will make my face turn. Like Warheads, ooo my favorite sour hard candy. I love it, and I love seeing other people's reactions to eating it for the first time. Another sour candy I like is Crybabies, best sour bubble gum ever. To me at least it is. I remember the first time I gave it to my baby brother, who at the time was three years old. My sister and I recorded it, I found it adorable and funny. The faces he was making were priceless.

I think I like sour candy from my Mom. She's been a sour addict for as long as I could remember. I think her favorite candy is Lemon heads. Which are okay to me, but I know she can handle way worse. I remember we took to family vacation to Central America. We were bored and my mom said she was craving something sour. I remember her finding a lime slice and salt. She poured the salt onto the lime, popped it into her mouth (not the skin obviously) and took it like a champ. Woo, go Mom!

I am actually considering doing a non video challenge of me eating warheads or crybabies sometime soon.

Sports Teams

I would like to say that I am not a die hard sports fan, but I do enjoy occasionally watching sports. My boyfriend and his family go crazy over sports. They pick and choose a good team they like. I honestly can care less. I will say I will support ALL my home teams when it comes to sports; And I am from Miami. Let's go Heat! And Dolphins woo! I know when I tell people about my football team, they act like I have a disease. Hey, the Dolphins can't suck forever. The Heat are just awesome. The Marlins are decent.. I don't know much about football or hockey so don't judge me on that one.

RIP Tom Clancy

To all my book worms out there, I am sorry to inform you that Tom Clancy died today, age 66. So far I know no cause of death just yet. My condolences goes out to his loved ones and friends. I am also sorry to say I have never read one of this man's books. I am surprised to hear that this "Bestselling Author" died. I feel a little ashamed I never picked up any of his books. I did look up a list of books he has written and there are soooooo many books he wrote. Which shocks me even more that I never heard of him until his death. Someone smack the top of my hand. I will run to the nearest library and check out one of his books...as soon as I can find the time. I am a busy person. Idk how I have time to blog.

Texting & Driving

Today,
A new law was passed in Florida. It banned texting and driving. If those "it can wait" commercials don't do enough for you Florida citizens, then here's a new way to stop. Maybe it will lower there count of car crashes due to texting. I do not condone the use of cellular devices while driving

ANARCHY

So I recently heard on Sourcefed (what I watch instead of real news) that there is or was a possibility of a government shut down. And as I am researching this, we are actually in it right now. All this for Obamacare? Republicans didn't want to fund it while Democrats were all for it. Personally, this doesn't change my place in society. Politics isn't my thing, I am neither Democratic nor Republican so I guess I will label myself as independent. But according to my voter's registration, I'm democratic. I need to fix that. I mean there isn't anything wrong with either party. Republicans, in my eyes, are the old school Christian people that like the way things were run before. Democrats, to me, are all for changing to help the lower class rise from the ashes. There isn't anything wrong with that, I hear a lot of people say that those who are part of the Democratic party are lazy and just want the government to give them free things. For all those who I've heard say that, I would like to say Fuck you. Not every democrat is lazy and want free things, just like not every Republican is a rich, racist, cracker. People should really put themselves in another person's shoes before they JUDGE. Some democrats in this nation need help from the government to help take care of their family. Growing up, my parents were on food stamps to buy me and my siblings food, if it wasn't for those food stamps I would have gone days without eating. In fact, I actually did go days without eating because sometimes when my dad made a little more money we didn't qualify. Not every republican is a rich, racist, cracker. I know plenty of middle class minorities who are republicans. But anyway back to the shutdown, I didn't realize we were in one... So now what? wait until congress compromises? HA!

Sorry

Sorry for my disappearance, I've been busy lately with school work and trying to find ways to make money. And I have found a way to do so.. I've created an ebay account to sell all my old books that I no longer read. Well I personally don't read a book more than once unless I am deathly bored. But I am selling some books. Books that I've already sold is Nevermore by James Patterson, The Color Purple by Alice Walker, and the Nazi Officer's wife. Other books that are still on my ebay account include Crank, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Heretic Queen, Catcher in the Rye. All books that I've enjoyed.

The pregnancy challenge

The pregnancy challenge is fun... And I don't mean I'm personally am trying to get pregnant. I recently watched a commentator playing Sims 3 and named her videos the pregnancy challenge. She tries to get her sim to have as many babies as possible and from the last video I watched she got about 20 kids.. Interesting. Well interesting enough I thought I would take a crack at it. So far I have only 6 kids and 3 grandchildren.. Slow start but hey I'm trying.. That's the highlight of my week thus far.. Oh and I named all my kids funny names like man whore, etc. So I'm entertaining myself in an immature way

I'm addicted

I think I'm addicted to a game.. I am addicted to Sims 3, and I cannot wait until I play the sims 4. It looks soooo cool. Being a young adult, I'm suppose to let go of those childish video games but I freaking can't.

The always wanted to play the Sims 3 since I was in high school and I played off a friend's computer. But I really started getting into it when I started watching some Sims Let's play videos. My first sims 3 let's play video was from the most awesome simmer ever, Quxxn(RIP). Her videos were like soap opera yo me, she was so funny and lively that I would pull all nighters watching her videos. Someone else I liked watching was Andrew Arcade and iPodzeke. I felt they were the best simmers. I cannot wait to see watch the late Quxxn's sister will do with the channel.

I recently got bored with my Sims game and decided to do a pregnancy challenge inspired by the youtuber kpopp. Or Kelly kpopp to those who watch her videos. So far I have only made 1 baby, she makes it look so easy but everyone in my town is freaking married. But anyway love the sims. Highly recommend others to play and I am über excited to see what the sims 4 has in store.

My friend is preggers

A friend of mine has recently found out she is with child, sounds like a good thing right?
Well to here it isn't the greatest, where I think it is wonderful news.

She may abort it.

But I can't judge her or really tell her what to do because it is her body, not mine. Her reasons make sense at least. She's working a minimum waged job at a fast food place, the father isn't with her nor does he want it, she isn't in a steady place to call home, and she hasn't been living healthily for the baby's development. I can understand her reasons, she originally planned on getting on birth control but was until she found out how expensive it could be. I really scratch my head sometimes though. If you didn't want a baby, then why did you risk the unprotected sex? She told me before that the baby's father did the pull out method well,..apparently not well enough.

A good amount of people have there opinions on abortions, if it should be legal or not, if it's wrong or not. But in the end it is that person's decision to rid themselves of a baby or not. And whatever they choose, they will have to deal with in the end. It's either be on your way or really try yourself and push yourself to be a parent. But all people's situation is different when getting an abortion.

In my opinion (don't kill me for it) I think a person should get an abortion if when the father of the child forced themselves upon the mother, or if there are health reasons that one cannot live if they have a baby. I know some people say well I'm only 18 and not financially ready to have a baby. Then why did you take the risk knowing what might have happened? Why play grown ups and have sex like grown ups when in the end you can't be a grown up and have a baby. There are many grown ups or mature people out there that weren't financially ready to have a baby, but there are government programs that will help those who need to get things for their babies.

But like I said everyone has there reasons and there life may be happy for there decisions. In the end I guess my friend has to ask herself is will I really do it? Can she live raising a baby all by herself without any help? Or can she take the easy way out and have a child when she is mature and ready for it.

Ariel Castro dead already?

For those of you who know about Ariel Castro should know that he has been pronounced dead last night. The rapist, kidnapper of 3 woman died from hanging himself in his jail cell. None of his previous captives will make a statement. He just started doing his time for his convictions, all in all he was suppose to be doing life in prison with an additional thousand years... I guess that means he did his time. Many people on the internet are calling him a coward and not facing up to the punishments of his crimes. I guess in the end there is a higher power out there judging him and will give him what he deserves in his afterlife.

More News with Syria

Well according to the US secretary of state John Kerry it turns out that 1,429 people were killed in the chemical attack in Damascus last week. And that in actuality the government in fact carried out the chemical attack.

I know British parliament isn't taking any actions but most likely our superhero country of the United States will take action. I think they may actually be taking action.

Funny I also heard Syria respond by saying they are prepared to confront military aggression against them...

When will the war end and peace begin in this world?

When I was a spy

I remember when I used to be a spy on an island, I was also a tour guide there. I remember creating my own personal pizza's and watching plays right next door to the pizza place.I would also climb down a ladder in the street and go to the underground pool and swim with my fellow citizens. I would also dance in the dance club, throw snowballs at random people, and fight a polar bear causing destruction and havoc on the island.

Ha got you,

For those of you that may know what GAME I'm talking about then I know you spent hours in front of a computer screen playing clubpenguin. I would still play my little penguin from time to time, I had the same penguin for years. Never have I ever forgot my password to it. I would play all the spy missions on clubpenguin and I would tell my friends to get on and meet me at the beach to play with them. I loved that game,I had so many virtual penguin boyfriends lol.

My favorite part of the game was when there would be the island wide parties and we would receive free things. I never had a membership longer than a month, I bought myself a wig and pearls..I think. I had two pet puffles, I heard recently that they released new colors for the puffles. White and "gold" if I'm not mistaken.

I loved doing the missions where we could be trying to find and stop Herbert the evil polar bear. Last time I was on they changed the whole spy thing and I have to play mini little games to defeat Herbert..Where is the fun in that?

I remember when I didn't feel like collecting the little pins I would go on this blog and they would tell me where to find the pin and other cheats. Maybe all the little kids know about this blog. I know his little penguin character was named Mimo777. His blog was clubpenguingang.com.

I still go on clubpenguin from time to time, see if you can find me my penguin name is Cbnumba1fan..

Coke,Dope,Crack,Smack

Colombia by Young Scooter
Coke,Dope,Crack,Smack by J-Doe ft Busta Rhymes
Molly by J.O.

All of you out there have heard songs like the ones listed above, pertaining to drugs like cocaine, marijuana, mollies, ecstasy. And seen movies like pineapple express, scarface, and others with ridiculous amount of drugs in the movie. I am pretty sure you have at least done one of those drugs. Well studies shown that when taking cocaine for the first time, it immediately rewires your brain to want more of it (aka getting addicted). And studies also show the most popular drug used in the world is Marijuana. Studies also show men in their twenties are the ones smoking up all this dope. And the top countries with the most drug abusers in this world is Great Britain (make some herbal tea like Grandma's Boy), Australia, USA (that's a given), and Russia. And the lowest rates of drug abusers were in Asia and Africa..

To be honest with you when it comes to drug use and the legalization of Marijuana, I believe it should be legalized. But imagine the taxes on the ounces of Marijuana that would be sold and imported/exported. Money will definitely be spent. I believe medicinal marijuana is a good thing to those with certain diseases that need to use weed's healing power. I don't mean to sound totally hippie but it came from the earth man,G_d put it on this earth for us.We should use it to our advantage. It can open the doors in medical science, and if used in a recreational way there will be less drug related violence because you just go buy it in a store. Imagine not having two dealers shooting at each other for selling on the same turf. The violence would go down, but there are still other drugs dealers can sell which is twice as worse as marijuana so there would still be some drug related violence...Hey I didn't say all the drug violence in the world would disappear, there are still other drugs.  And please do not make any negative remarks on how I feel about this. WE are all entitled to our opinion but if you are putting down someone for their own opinion you can gtfo of my blog.

Happy Belated Birthday Micheal

I forgot to wish the late Micheal Jackson a happy birthday. RIP King of Pop and Happy 55th Birthday. I think that at least one Micheal Jackson song is special to every single person who knows who he is. My personal favorite Micheal Jackson song is Remember the Time. To be honest every time I hear it I think about my ex-boyfriend. But not in a sappy "oh I miss you" type of way, it just reminds me of the good time we had and how we moved on for the better. My brother since he was little loved hearing Micheal Jackson's Beat It. Which is an all time favorite for a lot of you out there. Now that I think about Micheal Jackson I realize how long he was in the music industry..

He started making music since his childhood with his brothers in the Jackson 5. A lot of people said that MJ's father Joe Jackson was abusive to the boys if they didn't play right or sound good. People said Joe Jackson was too hard on his kids. But here's a moment to think. If he didn't whip MJ and his brothers, MJ wouldn't the pop singer he was before his passing. I am not condoning child abuse, I am just saying if Joe Jackson didn't make sure the Jackson 5 was perfect, his kids wouldn't have made it to the top. There would have been no MJ if it wasn't for Joe Jackson. Although a lot of people say it was also Joe Jackson's fault for MJ to change his looks. Just saying Micheal was handsome when he was black and good looking when he was white, but I do have to say it is hard explaining to little kids how MJ changed his skin color. And in the end it was MJ that was satisfied with his looks, it was his own personal preference.

Anyway MJ was the King of Pop and his music will continue to be listened to and loved daily. Happy Birthday Micheal

More important current events..Syria

For those of you out there that don't know where Syria is, it is an Arabic country that is going through some drama right now. If you don't know about their drama, you should definitely turn on the news because I believe it can affect us.

To clarify what happened on August 21st of this year there was an alleged chemical attack in a suburban neighborhood in Damascus. Allegedly the chemical attack was used to rid the government of their rebels that are against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. But until the United Nations inspectors can find evidence of that, we can only assume.. Mind you I haven't watched the news today so I am in the dark to any current updates.

But I know that there are reports claiming that President Obama wants to step in and send a military response to Syria to prevent them from using chemical weapons again. I know he currently hasn't stepped in as far as I know.

Miley Cyrus Twerking?

There is a bunch of tweets and memes being posted about Miley Cyrus's 2013 VMA performance. I do have one thing to say, I personally am not a fan but leave the chick alone. I mean you can't expect her to be Hannah Montana forever. She's growing up and finding herself, like all general people do at her age. People are saying her and Lady Gaga are trying to be like Madonna. No they are not, mainly because there can only be one Madonna. But I did see the performance and I am in no place to judge, because I am not the best twerker in the world...At parties I try but I feel like I am embarrassing my dance partner and myself.. But getting back to Miley, let her grow up. Don't be mad that she twerked and your kids were watching, I'm pretty sure the new generation of kids have seen things worse that a white girl shaking her but on TV. I did actually hear a preview of her verse on the French Montana remix of "Ain't worried about Nothin". Like I said I'm not a fan but it sounded okay to me. It made me want to roll up and grab a forty ounce, just kidding.

I do have to say though some of the memes of her performance are actually funny to me, sorry to all you Cyrus fans out there (I mean Miley not Billy Ray).

Well

Enough said.. For now

Google makes you stupid

Admit it, when you quickly want answers the first thing you do is pick up your smartphone/tablet/laptop and google your questions. An article by a Nicholas Carr states "As the Internet becomes our primary source of information, it is affecting our ability to read books and other long narratives. This process of rewiring our brains carries the danger of flattening human experience even as it offers the benefits of knowledge efficiency and immediacy" Here's a link to his article http://www.humanities024.com/studydesk/content/carr-summary.htm

I believe he makes sense. We have changed due to the use of technology. I mean come on I know one of you out there have picked up your smartphone once and used autocorrect to know how to properly spell a word, I know I have. Or googled a question for a term paper and took the easy way of writing research papers. I feel because of the technological advances we as a society have become lazy. We shouldn't all depend on our autocorrect. I remember being in Elementary School study my behind off to learn ten new vocab words and take a test at the end of the week. What ever happened to that? Now kids can just pull out their phone and just type a word misspelled and a CPU will automatically fix it. Not Fair

Kids shouldn't depend on it or use there text lingo (LOL,LMAO,TTYL) so much. It really will effect their writing and grammar skills. I heard that last year, the Florida Standardized writing test aka Writing FCAT had to lower the passing rate because too many kids had low scores. Geez

Enough said,
Adios
